Delivery model
Simple for the client. Disciplined underneath.
Dolo takes responsibility for execution. Clients do not need to assemble or supervise a freelance workforce for each project.
1 — Define the outcomeWe establish scope, volume, inputs, acceptance criteria, deadline, dependencies and deliverables.
2 — Price the resultDolo models execution cost, QA, tooling, risk and timeline, then proposes a commercial structure appropriate to the project.
3 — Fund and provisionThe SOW is accepted, the required initial payment clears, and client dependencies are verified before the delivery clock starts.
4 — CalibrateRepresentative work confirms the rubric, examples, edge cases and what constitutes an acceptable result.
5 — ExecuteDolo uses the appropriate combination of founder execution, vetted contributors, automation and approved tools.
6 — VerifyRisk-based QA, secondary review and exception handling are applied before final delivery.
7 — Deliver and improveThe agreed work product, QA summary and exceptions are delivered. Repeat work can then run with less friction.
Start with a defined project.
Small enough to approve quickly. Large enough to prove Dolo can own the outcome.
